Our client is a technology company with expertise in induction heating technology for composite manufacturing. They are market leaders in their niche and deliver high-tech solutions to several industries, including aerospace, automotive, sports, and marine.

About the role

In this role, you will work both practically with mechanical design and with project management in technically advanced development environments. You will have the opportunity to take significant responsibility within the team and influence both technical choices and working methods in an organization with short decision-making paths and a fast pace.

The work involves the development and design of mechanical solutions – from early concepts to finished products, based on customer requirements. You will lead or participate in technical development projects, often in close collaboration with the customer, and be responsible for the selection and specification of components and materials. Documentation of technical solutions and design documentation is also a natural part of the job.

Who are you?

To thrive in this role, we believe that you have a strong interest in technology and enjoy delving into technical details – whether it’s about new materials, solutions, or methods. As a person, you are analytical, self-driven, and enjoy collaborating both externally with customers and internally with your colleagues. You also need to have:

• A master's degree in mechanical engineering, design, machine engineering, or a similar technical field

• Several years of experience in design and product development

• Good knowledge and a strong interest in CAD and design

• Previous project management experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
